N-400 | 3 years rule
After almost 3 years I am back to this forum again. Hopefully everyone is doing great and getting their application approved smoothly. I recently applied for N400 based on 3 years rule. Got greencard through marriage to my wife usc. I got 10 years gc and gc issued date is 04/07/2021. We sent the N400 application before the 90 days. Location : Sioux Fall, South Dakota

Timeline :
01/30/2024 - application sent to uscis via usps (paper based)
02/05/2024 - We received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, and sent you a receipt notice.
02/10/2024 - Biometric reuse and then Case is actively being reviewed.

After that no more progress. It says on the case status page :
Estimated time* until case decision:
approx. 5 months.

Now, I was reading others experiences and seems like almost everyone is getting interview scheduled within 2 to 3 months after filing. I am hoping that i will get interview notice within next 25-35 days. Does anyone have any idea on when uscis actually start looking at 90 days early sent application. Since my gc issued date was 04/07/2021 so uscis will consider looking at my case after 04/07/2024 and may be thats why theres no more progress yet or i am just overthinking about it. Its only been 70 days or so. Any sioux fall/ south dakota filer here.
