How do I place a free ad?
A:
You need to register first. Registration is free and
allows you an access to various parts of the website such
as Classifieds, Yellow Pages, Discussion Forums, Tracker
etc. You need to enter desired username, password and
valid email address (It is needed so that you can be contacted
regarding your ad/approval etc and also the login details
can be emailed in case you forget your password). Your email
address is not visible to anyone except immihelp.com
( Privacy Policy).
All other information is optional. Then just click on the
"Place Ad" button and fill out form. Make sure to select
the correct category. You ad will appear within next few minutes.

How much does it cost to place a classified ad?
A:
It is absolutely FREE! There is no catch!. These ads are
absolutely free for everyone to use (not abuse). We welcome all
private and business advertisers with legitimate products or
services and protect their right to privacy.
If you desire, there are also a couple of paid enhancements you
can choose from to improve your ads.

How many photos can I upload?

What are the photo requirements?
A:
They must have a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png extension
or format. Photograph file size can not be more than 50kb. Photo
dimensions can not be larger than 640 pixels width x 480 pixels height.

A:
We have organized many categories and sub categories.
Choose an appropriate
top category followed by sub-categories (one at a time) until you
find the most appropriate one for your listing.

How do I specify a location?
A:
While placing an ad, after selecting the category, select the appropriate region from the 'Location' drop down.
You will see a list of continents, countries, states, metro
areas, cities after selecting a value in every drop down.
Stop at the location that beset matches your ad market.

Q:
How can I upgrade my ad to enhance my ad's visibility?
A:
There are several paid options to upgrade your ad to increase visibility.
The Featured option keeps your ad at the top of its category
even after new ads are posted and they have an attention
getting  by them. They are
also "featured" on the main Classifieds page and
on the main page for their particular category on a
rotating basis with other Featured ads, also they are
shown in rotation on the left hand side of all
the Classified pages. There is a link at the top
of all the Classified pages to the Featured ads.
If you Highlight your ad a yellow color appears behind your ad to attract viewers attention.
You can bold your ad or you can bold and red your ad.
You can also choose several levels of priority such as Bronze, Siliver, Gold or Platinum.
To upgrade an existing ad, click on "My Account" and then
click on the [R] indicator to the right of your ad to
upgrade and select the option(s) you want. All upgrade
enhancements last for the life of the ad.

Q:
How can I pay for optional upgrades for my ad?
A:
You can pay for options in your ad by credit card,
PayPal, or check/money order.
If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the options you
purchase will show up immediately in your ad. If you
pay by check, you will receive a "Thank you" screen
showing the total amount due for the options you chose,
and an address showing you where to mail your payment.
When we receive your payment, your options will take affect.

click on "My Account" link on the left side bar and login.
To edit your ad, just click on the name of the ad.

What if I forget my Password?
A:
If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account"
and submit the form click on Forgot Password?. You will receive an
email very shortly with login details. The email will be
sent to the email address that you initially registered with.
If you have forgotten your username also, please contact us using the
form and we will try to help you.

How will I be contacted if someone is interested in my ad?
A:
In every ad, there is a link 'Reply to Ad' so that you can be directly
contacted by potential buyers. If you display your email address either in
description or in email field, it is likely to be retrieved by companies
that send out spam (junk emails).
By using our "hidden email" technology, you can still be directly notified,
without your email address being "exposed". Whether you would like to include
street address or phone number in the ad is entirely up to you. We are not
responsible for any inconvenience caused by including your contact information.
Of course, we will never bother you ourselves by misusing any contact information
you provide on our website.

What type of content can I post?
A:
Only family friendly text, links, sites and content
are allowed. It must be children safe.
No objectionable (such as sexual, racist, illegal, disrespectful or deceptive etc.) content is tolerated.

What is my Profile and why should I keep it up to date?
A:
Profile is your profile information such as email address, location, etc.
Update your profile whenever any of the relevant information. It is quite important
so that others can contact you in response to your ads.

How do I change the password?
A:
If you know your password and would like to change it, please login into your account
using 'My Account' link in the left side bar and enter new password in your profile. You can leave
it blank (don't enter anything in password field) if you are updating other information and do not
wish to change the password.
