Association With Company: Good

Positive Comments: I had good experience with this company. They were transparent right from beginning. Their training is excellent. They dont beleive in giving docuemnts to read at home but focus on hands on pratice. I remember there instructor was so good techncially. She had good programming skills and never even let us do any record- playback. I got the job in 3rd week of training. i want to add one thing, before joining , i thought they were just saying everythign as sales pitch but once i was in there program, i realized that they take each candidate seriously and work with them independently.

Association With Company: Training for QA and BA

Positive Comments: Not a darn thing!!!!!

Negative Comments: They told me it was a training program and brought me from Ohio. They wanted me to pay $1000 for a QA/BA training. The training lasted less than 3-4 weeks. A guy named Andy and another Indian lady conducted the training program. The training was horrible. It was tutorials taken from the internet. After the training was done, they wanted me to add 5-6 years of fake experience in my resume. I told them I will not do that and told them I'd leave if they asked me to fake the resume. They threatned that they would sue me for $10,000 if I left the training as the "agreement" they make you sign before joining states that they will collect $10,000 for the traing program if anyone leaves them before getting placed. They threatned to kick me out of their "guest house" that they provided during training. I told them I didnt want to leave as I needed to get a job but not by faking the resume. They even told me that they'd call the cops on me if I didnt vacate the guest house!!!!!!!

BTW, there is a recruiter named "Parul" who recruited me and she said at the time I joined that with my current resume ( of 1 year experience.) I could get a job in the IT consulting industry. Found out she lied through her teeth!!!!! And the funny part is she working illegaly there (H4 visa)!!!!!!!!

Ultimately I left the next day and now have a fulltime job. But the experience is something I wouldnt forget.

Does anyone know how to report them to INS/DHS?????

Association With Company: Unfortunately got recruited to this fake company!

Positive Comments:

Negative Comments: All i have to say is that this is really a fake and dis company. Couple of years back i got a phone call from this company that they have a job opening for me, one of the weird guy(andy) with weird accent took my interview. i passed the interview and was askd to move back to CA for training first and then i would be placed for a project. I researched and seem that the company owner was an Indian guy. Being an Indian i trust and believed them and moved to CA. I payed $2000 upfront for the training. The training was so unprofessional and was given by some unprofessional trainer. After the so called training got over, they asked me to manipulate my resume add more than 5 years of fake experience and go for the interviews. Not only this they will ask you to include fake education as well. It was totally against my principle. I declined to do that and they forced me to took one of the interview. Definitely, i failed that interview. Again, they blamed me for that. All the folks over there are so unprofessional and rude. Sorry to say but these are the people responsible for developing bad image for Indians here in US. Ultimately, i got sick of them and i told them that i am quitting them. They were so rude and threatened me that they can sue me. They also told me that i will be able to do nothing in my rest of my life. I told them do whatever you can and i am leaving right now. I also want them to know that soon after i left them, within a week, i got an interview call from one of the fortune 100 company in US and got hired there with my real original resume and with real work and academic experience. Please stop fooling innocent people. By earning such kind of money you are just building up bad karma. So all my fellow Indians please be careful if you get a phone call from this company.

Association With Company: got interview

Positive Comments:

Negative Comments: I got a call from them way back in 2007. After researching, I got in touch with a guy named kanwar from California who got placed through them. According to him, this company is a complete cheater. They create fake resumes with fake work experiences and try to get people placed for jobs. Once you are placed they will pay you very less and will do everything possible to make you work for them. They employee some of the worst employees you can find with the worst accents possible. The lady who interviewd them, Rupa, was the most unsmart & unprofessional intervier I have come across till now.

Association With Company: Unfortunately worked for this company sometime back

Positive Comments: NONE.. THEY ARE ALL BIG CHEATERS...

Negative Comments: Everything about this company sucked... Once you come to US through this company they will make your life HELL. If you are fortunate enough or if you have contacts in US and you get a project its all good otherwise YOU WILL SUFFER like anything. If you don't get the project they will kick you after couple of months however IT WON'T BE YOUR MISTAKE...... They don't have direct clients. They are rude and unprofessional they are not responsive especially the owner (a**s hole) and his wife. Cannot place people, they have two lousy marketing people. They never ever placed a single candidate so far. All of them got placed by their own….. THey are Fraud.....
