Media Visa apply from USA

Hello!

I'm on an B-2 viza (tourist viza). Can i apply for a Media Viza here in USA, or i must go back to Poland to apply there for that?

where are you going to apply for a viSa here? there are no consulates here... you can attempt a Change of Status... but your best bet is going back home and applying.
