I got an R1 Visa stamped in my passport for one year only (expiring in Nov.09)
But at Port of Entry in USA my I-94 is stamped for 3years How can I extend my R1 visa? What forms to be used for R1 Visa extension not the extention of stay in USA? Can it be done from USA? I need to travel to India after Nov.09 and come back? Pl advice me
