France visa insurance from New York

Medical insurance for Schengen visa through French Consulate? I am going to apply for a schengen visa through the French consulate in New York City. I am having difficulty obtaining a letter with the specific wording that they need..this is from their website: Health Insurance Certificate (+ 1 copy) : a letter from your Insurance company stating that you will be covered, for at least 37,000 $, during your trip in Europe for any medical expenses, hospitalization and repatriation will be required. (The letter must include, exact wording, these three conditions of coverage.) Whcih plan should I order to have that certificate issued/emailed to me? Thank you so much for your help.
