hello.i have green card,but still didnt get ins.i just found out that i need to do ultrasound and it will cost me 1000,but i was told that i can apply for financial aid.when we applied for green card i had sponsor who is not my husband,and sponsor signed that i cant apply foy any goverment help in future.anybody knows if it is legal for green card holders to apply for this kind of financial aid?thank you
