I129-F query

hi guys

i have been checking over the questions on this form and i was wondering that if i am going over to the states on my own via the K1 visa, when it comes to the I129-F form will my partner have to fill out part B question 10--name of prior spouse and question 13--list all children of your fiancee ?

i have been married before and i have children but they won't be coming with me and i don't want my ex wife to know my business until i choose to tell her, so can these questions be left unanswered or if not, whats the chance of someone informing her of my intentions?

hi guys.I was granted a tourist visa.im gonna visit my bf.He wanted to get married while i'm on my vacation.my bf is american citizen .is it possible to get married while having the tourist visa?that can i do pls help me

You can marry your fiancee here on a tourist VISA but you will still need to go back to your own country when the tourist VISA expires.

K-3 VISA is for spouses that have already married
K-1 VISA is for fiancees that want to come to the United States marry here
