Q: How do I add a free listing?
A: We have already added thousands of listings. Please see whether your listing is already there. If not, you need to register first. Registration is free and allows you an access to various parts of the website such as Classifieds, Yellow Pages, Discussion Forums, Tracker etc. You need to enter desired username, password and valid email address (It is needed so that you can be contacted regarding your listing/approval etc and also the login details can be emailed in case you forget your password). Your email address is not visible to anyone except immihelp.com (Privacy Policy). All other information is optional. Then just click on the "Add Listing" button and fill out form. Make sure to select the correct category. You listing will appear once we approve it.

Q: How much does it cost to add a listing?
A: It is absolutely FREE! There is no catch!. These listings are absolutely free for everyone to use (not abuse). We welcome all private and business advertisers with legitimate products or services and protect their right to privacy.
If you desire, there are also a couple of paid enhancements you can choose from to improve your listings.

Q: How is immihelp yellow pages different from other Indian yellow pages sites?
A: Consider following points:

Q: How many photos can I upload?
A: You can upload up to 5 photos.

Q: What are the photo requirements?
A: They must have a .jpg, .jpeg, .gif or .png extension or format. Photograph file size can not be more than 50kb. Photo dimensions can not be larger than 640 pixels width x 480 pixels height.

Q: Which category should I pick?
A: We have organized many categories and sub categories. Choose an appropriate top category followed by sub-categories (one at a time) until you find the most appropriate one for your listing.

Q: How do I specify a location?
A: While adding a listing, after selecting the category, select the appropriate region from the 'Location' drop down. You will see a list of continents, countries, states, metro areas, cities after selecting a value in every drop down. Stop at the location that beset matches your listing market.

Q: How can I upgrade my listing to enhance my listing's visibility?
A: There are several paid options to upgrade your listing to increase visibility. The Featured option keeps your listing at the top of its category even after new listing are posted and they have an attention getting by them. They are also "featured" on the main Yellow Pages page and on the main page for their particular category on a rotating basis with other Featured listings, also they are shown in rotation on the left hand side of all the Yellow Pages pages. There is a link at the top of all the Yellow Pages to the Featured listings.

If you Highlight your listing a yellow color appears behind your ad to attract viewers attention.

You can bold your listing or you can bold and red your listing.

You can also choose several levels of priority such as Bronze, Siliver, Gold or Platinum.

If your listing is already present, please contact us. Otherwise, to upgrade an existing listing, click on "My Account" and then click on the [R] indicator to the right of your listing to upgrade and select the option(s) you want. All upgrade enhancements last for 30 days.

Q: How can I pay for optional upgrades for my listing?
A: You can pay for options in your ad by credit card, PayPal, or check/money order.

If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the options you purchase will show up immediately in your listing. If you pay by check, you will receive a "Thank you" screen showing the total amount due for the options you chose, and an address showing you where to mail your payment. When we receive your payment, your options will take affect.

A: There is no expiration date.

Q: How do I update or delete my listing?
A: If your listing is already present, please contact us. Otherwise, if you added listing yourself, you can update or delete your listing(s) at any time. Simply click on "My Account" link on the left side bar and login. To edit your listing, just click on the name of the listing.

Q: If I made a mistake in my listing, can I update it?
A: You can update or delete your listing(s) at any time. Simply click on "My Account" link on the left side bar and login. To edit your listing, just click on the name of the listing.

Q: What if I forget my Password?
A: If you have forgotten your password, go to "My Account" and submit the form click on Forgot Password?. You will receive an email very shortly with login details. The email will be sent to the email address that you initially registered with. If you have forgotten your username also, please contact us using the form and we will try to help you.

Q: How will I be contacted if someone is interested in my listing?
A: Please provide enough contact deails in your listing itself.

Q: Can my listing have HTML content in it?
A: No. This is not allowed as it has higher potential for abuse.

A: No. We does NOT create, distribute, or sell electronic mailing lists.

Q: What type of content can I post?
A: Only family friendly text, links, sites and content are allowed. It must be children safe. No objectionable (such as sexual, racist, illegal, disrespectful or deceptive etc.) content is tolerated. Please report any objectionable Ads to us. Please contact us if you have any questions about the type of content you can post. Also, please read Terms of Use.

Q: What is my Profile and why should I keep it up to date?
A: Profile is your profile information such as email address, location, etc. Update your profile whenever any of the relevant information. It is quite important so that others can contact you in response to your listings.

Q: How do I change the password?
A: If you know your password and would like to change it, please login into your account using 'My Account' link in the left side bar and enter new password in your profile. You can leave it blank (don't enter anything in password field) if you are updating other information and do not wish to change the password.
