Although there is always a certain amount of trepidation during an election year, H1B visa LCAs mostly held steady in 2024, with many of the world’s top tech and communication companies continuing to dominate the H1B visa sponsorship list. Amazon.com Services once again led the way in 2024 with 13,205 petitions, while Cognizent Technology Solutions were just behind at 13,077.
Although LCA numbers are down overall as compared to some previous years, H1B salaries appear on a steady upward trend. And with the incoming presidential administration appearing to warm to the idea of supporting the H1B, hopeful applicants should have reason to think positively in 2025.
