DACA permit and i-485 Family Based
Hello,
I have a DACA permit and married my US husband 4 years ago, and I started the process (PD) on February 2017. As of June 2017 my status said they were waiting to schedule my interview, but no other notice has been sent. Today my status showed that I need to contact USCIS for info, which I did and they said they are still waiting to schedule my interview. I entered the country illegally when I was a kid and I'm concerned They will make go to my country for my interview.
Does anyone else has a DACA permit and filed for I-485? Is there anything different on the waiting times?? do you know if having DACA makes the process slower? Can you still be sent to your country if you are waiting for your interview?
