Interview scheduled Aug 27th 2018 @ 9:45am
DACA with advance prole.
We arrived at 9:20am got called at 10:00am. IO officer was an older guy in his early 50’s very nice he made us feel comfortable. When we got to the room he told us to raise our right hand and we swore, we sat down and he was looking through the file. Our attorney was with us too. Here are the questions the IO asked.
1) Me the petitioner (wife) What is your full name and DOB and address? I responded
2) Were you born here in the US or Naturalized? I responded
3) Can I see your naturalization certificate? Handed original copy
4) Can I see original birth certificate of your kids yours and your husbands and pictures and his advance prole document? He just glanced at the documents and took copies. (we sent copies with the original packet back in 2017).
5) Husband (beneficiary) IO asked questions on i-485?
6) Asked my husband how we met, and when we started dating and marriage date? Husband responded.
Officer took my husband’s fingerprints and picture, and told my husband you will get your card in two to four weeks. Any questions? We said no and told him thanks!!
Don’t stress everything will be okay, and be confident god is with you
