Adjustment of Status - I-485

Thank you in advance for your time. I have a particular situation that I hope maybe I could get some input on or maybe someone shares a similar experience.

I am a visa overstay and not eligible for daca for a couple months in the US. I got married in 2017 to my 4yr girlfriend at the time. We worked hard on getting our place together, our life together, get her a new car(last car was old and bad), This is the reason why we didn’t start the process of AOS as we wanted to get our life together first. Then she started to work after college, we were finally stable with her job. When suddenly, she tells me she met this guy at work, caught some feelings and whether she wanted to be with him or not, she wanted the divorce. While devastated, I could not stay and work that out and we got divorced in 2018.

Now moving forward, I decided to get back in the game, met someone amazing and married her a year later after the divorce in late 2018 (1 yr after divorce). We are ready to file my AOS after 1 month of marriage. My questions are?

I never filed for AOS but i have that 1 yr divorce on my record and remarried after a year, will this truly affect in any way my current AOS process with my current wife? Any similar experiences?

If so? What recommendations to mitigate the risks? Maybe wait longer to file for AOS?

I am concerned as I haven’t known personally of anyone with my situation.
