Any DACA recipients filing for AOS?
Hi. I received my DACA status in 2012 and has been maintaining my status since. I am now married to a US citizen and recently filed for AOS.
Below is my timeline so far:
9/5- PD
10/4-Finger prints done
10/7- Finger prints review was completed per USCIS website
When I went to do the biometrics they said they only needed 2 fingers of me because they had enough data of me (probably from previous biometrics for DACA).
Are there any DACA recipients who is waiting for AOS or has received AOS?
Could you please share your timeline?
Also, does anyone know if having DACA may expedite the process? (since all of the important documents/biometrics were already submitted to the USCIS multiple times)
