Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi everyone,
 
I just did my medical exam for my interview next week. I have one class B item (treated for depression 2 years ago - not currently in treatment anymore). Anyone had any experience with this? I want to know if this significantly decreased my chances. Thank you!

Since than nothing, 08/13/2019 received a letter that initial review determined that something wrong with photo, but I dont need to submit it right now, I need to bring new photo with me to the interview.

Did anybody else receive this kind of letter? Do you think is it a good sign and they start working on my case?

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published the final version of its new “public charge” regulation on Monday morning.

The rule would make it easier for the government to deny a green card or visa to immigrants it believes are likely to receive certain public benefits in the future. This would make it significantly harder for immigrants who aren’t already successful to come to the United States.

My questions

When am I supposed to receive the notice?
When will be the date of the interview?

Hi guys,

I owe you an update on my case. This morning, when I checked online, it said my case was scheduled for an interview and they'll send me a notice.

I am sooooo excited!!!

My PD: funny thing - I always thought my PD was May 4, but when I checked the actual document, it says April 23 2018 (I looked at the wrong date). Sorry for the misleading info.

I will update you with the interview date when I get my notice.
