Advance Parole

Good afternoon everyone.

I have to say this forum helped me out to decide to use Advance Parole and travel to Europe I will be traveling in 2 weeks from know. I have overstated my visa for 2 years and I have worked during that time but I have filed all taxes every year. I am little bit afraid so if anyone was in the similar situation please let me know how was your experience with CBP.

I know a lot of members said that overstay doesn’t make any problems with returning back to the country. I will be traveling from/to Chicago O’Hare.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Did you stay in the country more than 180 days before leaving and did you gain back re entry into the Usa?
I want to go visit my sick grandma but my i485 is still pending however i have a advance parole

Thank you guys , this forum was very helpful . I got back from Nigeria on the 01/17/2020 using my AP , came in thru Atlanta, entry was smooth . They asked a few questions then went to secondary inspection . Took me about 30 minutes .

What donyou thing about the chances for me to get AP approved.
My grandmother has cancer in the uterus and my little sister who is a cancer survivor needs a new hip so we have to schechule a surgery for her. My great grandmother who raised me die almost two years ago and I couldn’t go to her funeral. I would love to go and visit her grave and give her my honors and respect.
I have a I-589 pending application.

I am about to send my renewal documents for my I-765, but this time around, I want to send I-131 with it.
My I-485 case is still pending.

I just have few questions/confirmations:

 - I dont have pay a fee for I-131 same as I-765 right?
 - Can someone give me an example of their filled up form (without any personal information) which they later used to travel for personal reasons such as visiting family.

I sent in my application for AOS/EA received Nov 22, 2019. Have now decided to send in the 131 then ask to be expidited for several reasons jncluding travel to see ailing parent.
Should I submit the 131 and wait until received then call and ask for expedite to get the combo card then submit all evidence or send all together with the 131? What I need more urgently is a work permit so I can get a SSN needed for driver's license and healthcare.

Wanted to know if anyone had experience or advise on this. So basically, my I-131 Advance Parole travel permit got expedited on January 6th, 2020. My biometrics had already been taken, but it has been 3 weeks and still no final approval on the travel permit.

How long does USCIS takes to make a decision on your Advance parole travel permit once it has already been expedited?

I just got my combo card, I had a license but it has expired since 2015. It was in a whole different state. Do I go apply as a new applicant or can I renew?

I just came back from Africa Nigeria using advance parole,I spent 28 day in Nigeria,when I arrived at the port entry,I was called into a little room and I was there for about 5 mins and my name my called and the officer gave me back my passport and my combo card,I overstayed my visa for 2 years,I came into the United States with a b1/b2 visa , don’t be scared to use your advance parole

Hello I have a question my husband was granted I-131 and he left to Mexico but he wants to come back through land not through the airport. Will he have an issue if he drives through with his advance parole instead of flying directly to the US?
