It's been 160 days, and I still haven't got my EAD or any update whatsoever. I raised SRs, I called USCIS customer service, my husband and I went to InfoPass appointment - nothing. Still can't see my status online either.

I reached out to my congressman and to the ombudsman a week ago. Today I received 3 automated messages from USCIS: "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time". Last time they took action on my petitions was November 1, 2017, and on I-765 November 29, 2017. All of my documents are still at NBC.

Can someone tell me if this is normal? I understand everyone is waiting, but even for EAD?? And I also see people from California with PDs after mine getting their cases processed, so that makes me wonder - why is my case being held back?

I have a question.

I went for my interview on 3/27. However, the officer requested a RFE at the end of the meeting. She took my i94 and took my biometrics. I am having trouble getting a joint lease from the landlord.

Can any one tell me what other documents I can submit if I cannot get a joint lease?

I went for my interview today but my wife who is the usc was not there cos she is on the run. The interviewer said cos she is not there they will deny my i130 which has been approved since 2015, so I told him for what cos it has been approved since 2015 n he said they approved it cos they believe we will come together to the interview, so after long argument he said he will communicate with his supervisor and I will receive a letter in the mail be it denial or request for more evidence, I went there with certify documents from court n sherrif department.
WHATS MY HOPE? Any advice pls

Hi, everyone I was wondering if any May 2017 filers receive an interview letter for the I-485. Since now the processing time went backwards.

Interview was straight forward: Names/DOB, employer letter and recent pay stubs. All yes/no questions.

greetings all, its been fighting time and decision since october 2015, i had my interview las december 2017 , interview went well but my wife mistake couple of question after interview interviewer handed a letter which is your case will review and wait for 120 days for decision . today is 120 days passed but nothing came up. what should do this situation any one have similar experience please i need advice.if you require more information please scroll my previous post.thank you

Anyone here who’s not able to pull up the case status for i485?

I have been an avid reader of this forum and your experiences has been very helpful as I embark my own journey in this process.

I need your help. I wasn't able to submit my medical report (I-693) on initial submission and now I received a courtesy letter that this was not submitted. My question is will my process time go back to zero because of this? Because I am hitting my 6th month of waiting this April (still no EAD on hand). I did not have any RFE except for this courtesy note on the duration of the said waiting time.
