Finally after 13 months my interview scheduled on 08/22/2017
My PD June 13 2016

Hi Has any one in the VA area received there EAD or interview dates?

I have been approved for interview since May 22nd and haven't received anything.

Filing Date was 04/07/2017.

Biometrics were done on 05/09/2017
RFE was sent back on 05/05/2017

I haven't heard anything about my EAD either since filing.

Hello NJ, NEWARK fillers!

 I woke up to 8 text messages from USCIS! I thought somewhere caught fire or something but no, my status got updated to interview is scheduled.

PD: Oct 6th 2016
Bio done in Elizabeth NJ: Nov 10th 2016
RFE: Dec 13 2016
RFE is received Dec 22nd
EAD got approved Jan 13 and I got it Jan 21st

Since they receive my RFE, the status was the RFE was received and it never changed until today that I got scheduled for August 22nd in Newark NJ.

Be patient! It will happen eventually……

Received an email notification from USCIS indicating that notice for interview was mailed out this morning. Good luck to us all!

Hi Guys, I had my I485 interview with my wife (USC) on the 24th of April, 2014 and everything was fine. The IO told us we gonna get the GC in the mail in 2 weeks and gave us a white printed paper that says recommended for approval. We never got the GC. We made infoPass apt, made an SR and made another SR with a level2 officer two days ago who said everything was fine and he doesn't understand the delay because its almost 90 days. He even said he was gonna contact them to release the GC immediately but then, USCIS send me an email today saying,
"Your petition/application is still pending consideration, and the Officer is preparing to send you additional correspondence, that you will receive in the coming weeks. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application." can anyone please tell me what this means regards the additional correspondence? Thank you

What pd are being processed right now at oakland park fl? Any heads up?

Already 4 months i had my interview in houston.
At end she give us letter ur case that ur interview completed
120 day. on august ist will be my 2 years been
Married. Now still waiting i need help what should i do now
