Adjustment of Status - I-485

Did anyone recently receive a reschedule interview appointment from Detroit field office??? My interview got canceled because of Covid.

Im waiting for my Interview to be schedule.
Already received my EAD two months ago. At the beginning of the month I sent my application for advance parole, I was wondering what will be the process, what is that I’m going to receive? Will I be receiving a I 797 notice of action first or will I receive the advance parole? How long it takes, I am desperate, I will really appreciate any help

Interview coming in 4 days, any experience for EB-3 in Newark?

I have been a silent viewer, and got a lot of help from the this forum so I hope my experience may help someone here.
I am EB2 and FO is Newark, below is my time line. i applied together with my spouse and daughter.

- PERM Certified: Jul 15, 2019
- Filed I485, I140: July 26, 2019
- Finger Print: August 30, 2019
- I-140 Approved: Nov 06, 2019
- Combo Card mailed: Oct 31, 2019
- Transfer the document to local office (NBC): Jan. 06, 2020
- RFIE for I693: June 12, 2020
- Response to RFE: June 25, 2020
- USCIS Received RFE: June 29, 2020
- Get a phone call from Newark office questioning about my military service. Sep. 3rd, 2020
- New Card is being produced: Sept 3rd, 2020
- Case was approved: Sep. 8th, 2020
- Card was mailed to me: Sep. 11th, 2020
- Card is at my hands: Sep. 15th, 2020

Is this office even open and working???????

Anyone from buffalo who’s interview got rescheduled recently?? I’m freaking out mine cancelled April 1st and not a word yet. 167 days should i be worried ?? Am i the only one?? Should i call them ?? PLEASE HELP!!!

Hope you all are doing well. Is there anyone recently got interview invite from Los Angeles office? My PD is Nov 2019 married to USC. Status is ready for interview to be scheduled since Jan 2020.
Please let me know if anyone got the interview invite recently with your priority date.

Hi, my experience so far. Married to a USC

April 2019 - PD
May 2019 - Biometrics
September 2019 - received EAD
February 2020 - interview scheduled for April 2
April 1 - interview cancelled
August 23 - received notice for interview
August 31 - interview date for 12:45pm. Arrived 12:15pm. Entered building at 12:30 and followed the process. IO called us about 1:15. Seemed strict in the beginning but very friendly after swearing us in. Went in with our lawyer. Interview took about 10 to 15mins and was very smooth and fast. We took turns answering same questions..

Questions asked aside the usual Yes and No
In no particular order,
What is you spouse's DoB?
What is your spouse's mother/father/siblings names?
Where does your spouse work?
Where did we meet? We've known each other since elementary school and we had a pic to prove. IO was shocked lol. I'm sure that saved us from other questions like how we met blah blah blah
What is our address?

He kept some photos- wedding and family photos. He gave me a sheet to sign and said we've been approved! I was confused at that point cos it was so short lol. He also said I'll get my green card in the mail in about 2 to 4weeks. We said our thank yous, byes and left. Less than an hour status changed to case approved.

September 5 - Notice of case approval for i485 and i130 received
September 12 - Green card in hand. Had 2 years cos we've been married for a year and half.

Documents presented.
Marriage certificate
Joint bank statements
Joint Filed tax
Joint Health insurance
Letters from employers
Pay stubs
Passports
Birth certificate
Bills with individual names so far as its same address you're good. Also our IDs had different addresses but wasn't a problem as well
Photos, printed a lot but he looked at only a few.

Joint tax, bank statements, pay stubs and letters from employers were kept on file. This is the end of my journey y'all. Wishing you all the best. Have faith and patience pls! 🙂

How long is the medical exam valid for?
I submitted it with my paperwork in August 2019.

Would they issue an RFE or mention on the interview notice that a new exam is necessary?
