Hi everyone! We sent our I-751 application for conditions to be removed and it was received by the Potomac on September 5th, 2019. We have not received the biometrics appointment yet. Anyone else's taking a long time too?

Pd Sep 2019.case was receive ,change to December 2019 still case was is under process receive and under review ,change again today Jan 14th and still in case was received and under review.please how ling thoes it take to get approved. Anyone who knows more on it or on my shoe should please share their experience. Thanks

This is my first time posting here. I been through a lot. Thanks God the journey is over. I had my interview monday in San Antonio and I got approved on the spot. I been married twice and both applied for me. My first wife was giving me really hard time. Doing drugs, cheating on me and always threatening me about my status. At one point I couldn’t take it no more. So I divorced and decided to move on with my life. I met my second wife we got married the same year and Everything went fine. And during my interview the officer was so cool and nice. She approved me on the spot. Im just waiting to get the physical card and the approval notice in my mailbox. This website helped me a lot!!! Mainly when i got divorced the first time and my case was withdrawn i was thinking about the consequences. I couldn’t even sleep. But today i thank GOD for what he did. Here is my timeline

Change of adress: sept 2019
Interview notice: nov 2019
Interview: jan 6 2020
Jan 6: new card being produced
Jan 7 case was approved for i485

My priority date PD is 1 April 2019 and my centre is California. As per USCIS processing time for I130 spouse visa, it takes 11 to 14.5 months. I had not got any letter till date and what is after getting letter and how long total time it will take. Also what is I131,I485,I765??? anyone know please explain

hi everyone,

I will be a US citizen in a month, and I'd like to sponsor my mom for green card as soon as I get my citizenship. My dad passed away almost 13 years ago so my mom has neither Marriage Certificate nor the Death Certificate for my dad.

What documents are needed for i-130 and the later steps? Can anyone please share experiences?
