Hello, any May filer has their biometric appt set up yet?

I just read the wa-post article. While seeing a lot of people are getting NOID lately that could be because USCIS is running out of money and wants people to reapply so they can get the fees. Of course, this is my own speculation.

I130 travel document and EAD was aprroved on march 26th. April 6th recived an RFE for medical. Medical RFe response was sent to USCiS and was acknowledged on May 5th. Now on june 11th they sent another RFiE notice which i am waiting for the mail. Is it common to recieive second RFIE ? Sepecially after EAD.

I am planning to change jobs, upon receiving my EAD, which would mean that me and my husband will be relocating form California (current home) to New Jersey (potential future home). Can anyone share how that will impact getting the interview? Will it further delay it, OR does it continue its place in the Que (I understand that the que may be longer at the NJ centre, just want to know if I will be pushed to the very back of the new que)?

Also, what all does one need to do when changing address? Do I and my husband (as the 130 petitioner) separately need to submit change of address or can I just do it for all the pending ones, with the receipt numbers for the 485 and the 130?

I have a pending I-485/I-130/131/I-765 application. My current lawyers were from my employer. They are also terrible in responding back and really provide no guidance or clarity. Post receipt of my EAD, I am planning to change my job, and me and my husband will relocate to New Jersey (we currently live in California). Hence I am looking to hire a new lawyer, but I am concerned if that will in anyway negatively impact my current case (the 485 is ready to be scheduled for interview). Has anyone done it at a similar stage? Can you please share if that was a good decision?

I married usa citizen 4 years ago and we summited our application for resident permit on june 12 2017 and we went to our first interview on Febuary 26th 2019 and we don't hear anything till October 26th 2019 and we went to second interview after some weeks we received another interview notice which is stoke interview on December 20th 2019 and I make 2 enquire after December 20th the next thing I received from immigration is for I-130 denied but they give me 30 days before the decision come to real otherwise I can appeal and I talk to my lawyer and he said I should go for appeal because my wife have depression since 10 years ago and she lost her memory at times,so that is why my lawyer said I should go for appeal but 3 days ago I received thier decision on I-485 also which was denied but my question is what is next thing to expect please my people put me through way

I’m noticing a lot of people getting noid Marriage base lately right after the covid reopening. Is this normal? I’m waiting for my interview My marriage is real and it shouldn’t be any issue but still USCIS seems to be looking for any excuse to deny.

Hi guys,
It's been almost a year since our AOS marriage interview in Las Vegas, NV. At the end of the interview the officer gave us the white paper saying we should hear from them in 120 days.
It's been 334 days and no news so far. All my inquiries end with: "Background check is not complete". Our last inquiry stated: "Due to factors not related to your case, the waiting times are longer...etc". Most likely because of the COVID.
I'm sitting here, doing research after research, statistics of past cases, just to help me with this waiting.
I noticed that people who get their i-485 approved get their i-130 approved prior, or their passports stamped.
Does anybody know different stories? I know someone whose case was approved 600 days after the interview. But that is just one story...

Has anyone received a date for their appointments in Omaha yet?
I believe they’re open but still haven’t heard anything regarding my canceled appointment (was canceled due to COVID).
