Adjustment of Status - I-485

How will the interview be if I’m just scheduled for direct interview with my wife?
No card or Ead yet just straight interview, plus my wife is a student so we really haven’t been living together cause of her school activities?
Any help?

Hi guys, so I filed my I-485. I'm married to an American Citizen. PD April 29, 2020. Today I got a yellow Courtesy letter saying "all pages of form i-693 are not present or of the same revision date." I find this strange because i submitted all the pages and I did my medical in April also. So there should not be any problems with the date. Does anyone have experience with this? Thank you,

My I-130 was approved 6 days ago and I am confused by the paragraph below on the notice:

"The petition indicates that the beneficiary is in the United States and wishes to apply for adjustment of status to that
of a lawful permanent resident. He or she should submit a copy of this notice, along with a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or
Adjust Status."

I already filed I-485 & related documents after the priory date on the initial I-130 notice. Do I need to send in I-485 notice along with the copy of I-130 approval notice?

I am still waiting on EAD although I am in no hurry of getting it since I am on H1B.

Recently I’ve got ead, but the assistant of my lawyer didn’t reorder me a social security card . I had one from J-1 program but it has restrictions.
So my question is :
What do you have guys written on your ssc? Does it says : valid for work only with DHS authorization ? (like mine says)

I plan to renew my ead/advance parole. Pls what address am I going to send the package to. I filled in Chicago and my receipt no start with MSC.

I have a few questions for EAD/AP combo card renewal:

1. I confirmed with an agent that I can file for the combo card renewal 180 days before expiration. Is this correct? I confirmed here a while ago and someone said 120 days before expiration since it is a combo card.

2. For Renewal of EAD application - Part 2 question 25: You Current Immigration Status or Category (for example, B-2 Visitor, F-1 Student, parolee, deferred action or no status or category) - what should I mention here? I am on 'Adjustment of Status Pending' - not sure what to mention. In my original application I mentioned F-1 since I was changing status from F-1 to I-485 but y F-1 was still valid back then. HELP!!

3. For I-131 renewal - Part 3 Question 4a - asks about if you were issued re-entry or refugee travel document - I have my current combo card so should I say 'Yes' and mention that a copy of current on is attached in 4c? Or is this only for expired ones and I should say 'No'?
- with this application - do I have to submit a letter explaining 'how I qualify for an Adcance Parole Document'? OR no since it is a renewal request?

not sure if this gives us any hope USCIS might actually be reopening but one of my family memebers, who had his Oath ceremony cancelled on March 19th due to closures, has been rescheduled for June 12th in Lawrence MA. hopefully this is a sign they are actually opening back up.

I did my interview in January ,

I got an rfe for i864 which I responded a week ago .

I’m 4 weeks away from getting the 10 years green card as my marriage will be 2 years old in July

Do you think Uscis will wait to approve me with the 10 years since it’s just a month away . Or will they just give me the 2 years conditional GC before my anniversary .

Does anyone experienced this before

I got My EAD approval notice but i485 is still pending
I am on h1b visa married to USC i have h1b stamping till june 2020, i filed through attorney in dec 2019

I work in EVC model, my employer is holding my h1b and preparing documents to apply for extension(3years of h1b left)
During this my client has offered me full time position if my EAD is approved
Please help me to respond the situation i am in..
1. What happens if my change employer to client(my employer has some of my money, can file any case if he dont give my money)
2. My GC interview status is ready to be scheduled, if my GC interview went in other way, if my EAD gets revoked can i still continue working by applying extension(my client dont hire h1b visas directly so they may fire me, i have to go back to my employer or find new employer to again start working on contract role for new client)
Please help me if my understanding is correct or not also please advise.
