Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello everyone,

Hope you all are staying safe and healthy during those terrible days.

I have a question do anyone knows if USCIS will take biometrics for children under 15 years old? my kids are 9 yr. and 13yr (soon to be 14 in Aug this year).

All shared experiences will be welcome and thank you for your answers.

Pd-June /18 /2019
Interview done - feb / 5/ 2020
I-130 approved - feb / 12 / 2020
Got I-485 RFE on - feb/ 18/ 2020
RFE sent on feb /20/ 2020 from that day till now no response
It’s been almost 60 days status says interview was scheduled
Put service request no response
Don’t know what to do , I replied RFE letter and all documents what they ask me
They didn’t even said that they receive my documents or no ?
My question is
She’ll I send one more copy of documents with RFE letter ?
Do I you have to wait? Or any other option?
 
Please suggest me something

Hi everyone so we had an interview on 10 of Feb 2020 in queens field office Manhattan New York and the officer asked me and my wife a lot of questions and we answered all very well however at the end she asked all security questions and took all the joint documents and one photo of each of us and gave us a sheet states that our case is held for review.

Before I-485 case I was dependent in I-589 pending application with my ex-wife and my son.

USICS site is still showing interview scheduled(I-485) and case received(I-130) for me and my son.

So Please let me guide in this application.

Hey PA/NY/NJ area filers, did you heard any updates on your case status? Specifically Philadelphia area?

Hi everyone so i did my interview on the 25 of February 2020 and the officer asked me and my wife a lot of questions.however when the interview finishes he said everything looks good and your approved and the next day my I-30 Petition was aprroved .but since I've being waiting for that interview for over 3 years so my medical exam and my sponsor tax were both expired so the officer asked me to resend them and i did and the USCIS got them on the 18 of march but since then its being silence i didnt get any update or anything just still waiting so should i file a service request if any one have being trough same think please let me know

I just got my work authorization card Jan 30th and I got my ssn about the same month.will can I put my details for the stimulus check. Even if I haven't work with my ssn yet and filled no taxes?

We are employment based and got a RFE to make final
Decision on case. We had to send Medical form in.
Does this mean that everything else is ok? Can you get RFE more than once?
