EAD (WorkPermit)

Just received an email this morning that they are producing my EAD card. My PD is 2/23/2018, had an RFE in between. Almost 5 months for the EAD. Now eagerly waiting to get the EAD in my hand.

Question:
Do they send the EAD to my Lawyer or to me?
How long does it take from the date its produced to get it delivered? Cant Wait 120 days as the notice says.

Nov 2017 filer here, family based. Recieved my EAD 3 months ago, got my social, DL, and a job. My question now is that how long with it take til I get a mail about interview date? Right now it’s still stuck in “ready to be scheduled for interview” I’m getting anxious. Thank you for your contribution of info. CA btw.

so im at work and I see that I have a call from USCIS Voipts from California, I pick up and they tell me that they want to talk to my husband, I inform her that he is not with me since I am at work and she tells me that she will call back. Before she hangs up I get to ask why she was calling and she said that he had requested a called back, I offered to give her my husbands number and she says that they are not allowed.
When I asked my husband he said he never called them and requested a called back.. therefore I came to the conclusion that it was a scam.. but they did have his last name and said that they call the number that they have in their system which it was mine.. so scary, and weird and stressful since we still waiting for any type of update on our case since Jan.
Anyone had that happened to them??

I had my biometrics back in May and my status still states:

"We received your biometrics fee and are reviewing your case"

Is there anyone in similar situation?
From experience has anyone gotten their EAD without an update to their biometrics?

No ead yet. No Aos interview date. Anyone whose ead not approved but got interview date ? Has anyone who filed in October 2017 got their ead approved recently ?

Hope everything is well under such circumstances. I have an EAD application based on I-485 cat. c(09).

PD for I-486, I-765: March 30th 2018 (I had previously concurrently filled all three application on 2/2/18 and completed the bio metric when the I-485 & I-765 were rejected because i had written a personal check that had bounced, I had not checked to account since i applied. The I-130 was sent with a certified check.

05/08/18: 2nd BIO.

05/09/18: Fingerprints review completed. Ready to schedule interview.

05/14/18: Expedite Request. Letter for evidence received 4 days later.

05/28/18: Obtained first letter from previous employer (who i had to leave after my F1 EAD had expired). Attempting to fax letter for the next two weeks.I have tired different fax machines that all work to other number expect to USCIS.

05/29-06/30 - Continue to attempt to fax letter. Spoke to over 4 USCIS officers whose only input was to "try again" as it is a known issues. They 'stressed' that there is only one number to submit evidence. One created service request to check if documents have been received. Answer to request was to keep trying. Yes, they could not tell me if they had received.

07/01/18- Received a new letter from employer with updated dates. Emailed Ombudsman - received a reply that they can't help with this type of issue as case in 'within' processing time.

07/01-07/16 - Unable to send fax, machine is always busy or no answer. I tired to send to other USCIS number which worked but USCIS officers are unable to tell me if my evidence has been received.

I really have no idea what to do. USCIS officers (both L1 & L2) just say to "keep trying" (in their calmest voices) I have read that some applicants have been successful. I would appreciate any advice, tips, anything...

6/12/18 Got an email from USCIS for expedite evidence:
6/14/18 Job offer faxed
7/5/18 USCIS: We received your request to expedite the decision on your application. Your case is currently under review. You will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly.

7/5/2018 Info Pass: Your case is with an officer

Does anyone have a similar experience?

Hello, everybody! I have a question.
I started the application for my EAD in February (PD 02/20 - NBC) and I haven`t received any updates since biometrics. I see here that some February filers whose PDs are after mine (but also NBC) already received updates and some even have their cards in hand.

My question is... Does the state where we live has any kind of influence on who gets the EAD first? Me for example, I live in Colorado. I know it influences the green card process (some states receive a bigger volume of applications than others), but if NBC is just one big center that serves the whole country, does it make a difference where I live?

Biometric - March 2018

As of today 7-14-18 no status update.

My mother is sick and I can not go see her because my attorney says its to dangerous to travel.

Does anyone have an idea when I will get some sort of news?

Where are the April filers pd 4/13/18 anyone receive any Ead yet ?
