Hello Guys,

PD- Feb 1st its been 124 days and no news about EAD.
And the timeline was Jan 1st 2018 last week, and it moved back to Dec 10th 2017
Any suggestions..... Can I go to Senator etc how can I expedite or just have to wait till whenever it comes

March 21st, 2016: I-130 PD
July 25th, 2016: I-130 Approved

March 1st, 2018: I-485, I-765, 1-131 Applications mailed
March 2nd, 2018: I-485, I-765, 1-131 Applications received
April 6th, 2018: Biometrics appointment

April 23rd, 2018: Called USCIC to make I-765 Expedite request based on financial loss to person
April 23rd, 2018: 3 Generic messages appeared under case history saying--case assigned to an officer for response, sent a response to have your case expedited, your request to have your case expedited was completed.
April 28th, 2018: Letter received via mail requesting to fax additional evidence for the expedite request.
April 28th, 2018: Faxed Job offer, proof of debt and cover letter along with the letter received from USCIC.
April 30th, 2018: Faxed same papers again
May 1st, 2018: Personally went to Congressman’s office if they could help me with the expedite request and filled out a form and spoke with congressman’s representative
May 7th, 2018: Faxed again just to me sure
May 13th, 2018: Received email from congressman’s representative saying USCIS has approved my I-765 expedited request.
May 16th, 2018: Generic message appeared under case history saying--case assigned to an officer for response.
May 19th, 2018: Generic message again saying--sent a response to have your case expedited and your request to have your case expedited was completed.
May 29th, 2018: Received a letter via mail saying--your case is currently under review and you will receive a decision or notice of further action shortly.
May 30th, 2018: Received email from congressman’s representative saying--your file is with an officer and you should hear from USCIS soon.
June 1st, 2018: Status update “New Card is Being Produced”

Desperately waiting to receive card in mail now. This site has been very helpful for my questions and concerns. I hope my timeline and experience will be helpful as well.

From my experience Congressman’s office helped to push my case forward after making expedite request via phone. They were super nice and the representative responded to my emails promptly every time. I called USCIS 1800 number several times and was disappointed every time as I felt like I had more information before even calling them than they gave me over that phone call. Patience is the key but every second is nerve wracking!

Hi All, I have a question about my expedited EAD. Congressman office contacted me last Thursday says my request for Expediting EAD was approved. Typically how soon after this will they review my case/produce card? The waiting is just exhausting..

October filer. 245 days. "Case under review" SR response end of March, end of April, end of May. No movement what so ever. So frustrating to sit on the application for that long.

Hi! I just want to ask how many days should I need to wait after it was assign to officer for response???

Hi guys I have an idea but I'm not completely sure. How long after card production notice do you receive the notice that they mailed it to you? I just received the good news that my card is in production. My PD was January 17 2018 married to USC

I have received a notification that my case was received on 23rd April,2018. My service center is Vermont and I applied my ead under a-18. Can anyone tell me the processing time and for how long do I have to wait for it.

Does anyone have any idea about changing the university to join a Day 1 CPT college since my STEM OPT is getting expired in June end.
Many of my friends from college whose H1 didn't get pick up or got denied are planning to do this.

Since I have no hope of my EAD coming anytime soon and Technically it's not a Change of status as I'm on F1, do you think it may affect my Green Card Processing in future in any way? I just don't want to sit without a paycheck for 2-3 months or maybe more god knows.

As of today, it's 85 days - I-485 married to a USC.

PS: USCIS has changed the timelines to 4-6 months for I-765 for pending I-485 @ NBC.
