Advance Parole

i just got my AP approved and i'm flying with qatar airways.. i have couple of hours transit in qatar (doha) on my way back.. my question is is there anyone who travel with qatar airways or similar flight with AP.. does the airline accept AP instead of visa or do they creat any problem on the way back..
please share your experience or advice.. your help would be appreciated.

I need advice on traveling to my native country due to some emergency.

My i 485 (F2A category) is still in process, but my EAD and travel permit parole card is approved and mailed to me. I have a valid F1 visa till next year and having a job also.

1. Is it Safe for me to travel outside USA with travel parole card and will i be permit to re enter USA again?
2. What type of documents should i have from my employer and my collage so that i will not face any problem on re entry?
3. Please advice me if need to carry anything else along with, please share any experience faced previously.

Please point me to right thread if this is not the right place for this question.

Hello everyone ive also read many of your experiences and im happy to see so many positive experiences when coming back into US with Advance Parole with Daca. i will be leaving to Mexico on 8/10/17 and returning 8/12/17 with my wife to go visit her sick grandma. i will be coming back on a bus and through the Juarez-El Paso Tx entrie. i have only seen people traveling through Airlines and i makes me feel im alone in This situation. Has anyone else came back through ground? should the officers be trained the same as airline officers? any comments appreciated

I've been reading all of your stories and experience and it really encouraging me to use my AP.
But still I have to ask..

Is it ok to use my AP to travel outside of the U.S eventhough I've been out of status since 2011? Me and my wife are planning to attend my brother's wedding in September and will be dtaying there for 2 weeks.

Im adjusting my status thru marriage and had just received my EAD and AP combo card.
Would it trigger the 10 year ban if I leave and come back using the AP?

I'm located L.A so i'll go thru LAX when I come back.

Hi everyone, this is my first time writing in this forum but I have been following everyone's successful stories for months now. My application for Advance Parole was received on April 25th and there was no update until Monday afternoon showing "On July 31, 2017, we mailed your document for Receipt Number LIN **** **** *, directly to the address you gave us." Could this mean it was approved and my document was sent, or perhaps they require additional documents? Has anyone else received this same update?

have you noticed that the approved Advance parole has printed travel warning note for past unlawful presence on the front page? this is so confusing..despite the fact travelling with AP is not technically departure. then why uscis is warning travelers?

I am traveling to Mexico via American Airlines in 2 weeks and I'm trying to fill out my passenger information for check-in. It asks the all the usual stuff such as name, passport information, emergency contact, etc., but it is also asking me to list either my green card information of U.S. visa number (these options popped up only after I listed my passport country as Mexico). I don't know what I should fill in in these required areas. I attempted to fill in my advance parole infomation but it is not accepted in those fields. Has anyone traveled with AP on American Airlines that can provide some direction with this.

My husband applied for advance parole in May. Got approved in June. We left on 7/26 and returned today, 7/31. We traveled with our child and although our baby and myself are US Cutizens we went through the visitor line in Houston where we had our connection flight from Mexico City. We waited for about 40 minutes in the first line, there we showed his Advance Parole Documents (2 copies) Mexican Passport and DACA card. They took his finger prints and a picture. Then was sent to the 2nd part of the inspection. I was not allowed to go in, but he was able to take my baby with him. I waited for 47 minutes that felt like forever. He said there was about 10 people in that room. They only asked him if he had alcohol or tabacco. He said no and no other questions were asked. He got his stamp on his passport, my baby got two apple juices and they said "Welcome to the United State" he did not receive a copy of his advance parole papers. Which our attorney said is fine. We missed our connection flight but got to go on one two hours later and now are home. My biggest advice to you all: TRUST GOD!! plan a longer layover and enjoy every moment. This was worth every moment. My husband got to see his family after 10 years of not seeing them. So many tears and so much love and my heart is full! If you are debating GO for it.

I applied for the advance parole for humanitarian reasons on June 1st. I have been checking online for updates often. A few weeks ago I received this update "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" and then your "Application has been Received by Local Office". And now it says again "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction".

Did anyone had this happen to them? Why do they keep moving my application from office to office?

I just had the interview on March and still waiting for decision. Can i travel to my country by AP? There is no updates on my online status.
I485 said "my interview was scheduled...."
i130 said "my name was updated...."
I married my us cirizen husband .
