Adjustment of Status - I-485

My I485 status changed to "ready to be scheduled for an interview" on 2/14/2020. Does any one know how busy Tampa field office is? How long before my interview will be scheduled?

does anyone know if the uscis website where you can check your case status is down cause nothing seems to have changed after interview

Okay I know we’ve talked about this many times but:
-how do you prepare for the interview?
-what to bring
-and biggest one: how to stay calm during the interview?

I’m already nervous lol

Is it a big deal that I don’t have any pictures with my husband’s family members?
We’ve traveled together and spent holidays together but for some reasons never took pictures.

Hey everyone, this platform has been very helpful and our interview was yesterday in san Fran.

Overall great experience. Not sure if it’s because sf and how open it is. Security at the front door, was kind, efficient and quick. Our appointment was at 10 and we got there at 9. All the officers were calling cases names with a big smile and everyone was leaving after their interview with a bigger smile. At 10:30, officer named Richard called our names to interview us. Questions were very simple, when, how, where did we meet, etc. we realized how over prepared we were. Never got separated. The officer was smiling all the time and amazed with our story. We didn’t even knew we had that special of a story but he made us feel that way. We left the room at 10:50. We were amazed with how quick, and efficient it was. All what he cared about was our pics together. Only took few of our joint paper work, bank statement, pay stubs and that’s it. No interest in leases, joint insurances etc.

Lastly, we left, and by the time we were home, we got an email saying card is in production for the I-485. However, for the I-130, it say interview was completed and case must be reviewed. We not really sure what that means? Also when can we apply for citizenship? Is it 2yrs from marriage date or from card production date?

Hi guys I just got a courtesy letter n i want to know if i must do back the medical n send it in or wait until i get my interview date then do the medical n take it with me on the interview?

My wife is a Green Card holder who applied I 130 for me on 2016. My I 130 was not approved yet, still is on processing. In 2019, I applied for i 485. I 485 and I 130 got different case number.
I have checked my case status (i 485) which is saying that my interview was scheduled only for i 485, and will get a letter in mail.
I am confused on how USCIS will approve my i 485 before i 130 approval, as I did not get any update on i 130? Do USCIS combine i 130 and i 485?? Any body got any experience?

Hello, please help me to understand about this medical exam, do I have to download and take it to the surgeon? Or I have to fill something out before take it to the surgeon? Or how does that work, please help me, I have my interview In 28 days and I haven’t done this yet

after they receive Response to Initial Evidence how long does it take normally to get an interview?

anyone who had to sent additional paperwork?

Also, is an attorney necessary for the interview?

whats the craziest thing they asked a couple during interview?
