Help Required Regarding 221(g)
Today i got 221(g) for second time. I have submitted each and every document which i got from employeer(tax returns around 60 pages, unemployment wage reports for last three quarters, project description in full length). But unfortunately i got another blue form mentioning that "You have to provide unemployment wage reports for three quarters that
reflect wages paid to EACH EMPLOYEE. Please provide. This is our last request." They have return all my documents.

I dont know wether i have missed that document to submit or my employeer had not given me properly.

I have two queries to ask people who can help me.

1. There are two options available first is to go chennai personally on tuesday, wednesday, thrusday and second is to drop the documents through vfs. They have not marked on any of the options.

2. I dont wether i have to send the passport or not. There is nothing written on blue form.

Any of the people who got the same type of query then please help me.

You can mail me on [email protected]

Successful H4 visa at Chennai Consulate
Hi All,
I had gone for my H4 visa stamping on Jan 27th while my husband was in the US. It went through very smoothly. Here is what happened:
The visa interview time was 9:45am, I reached the consulate at around 8:00, they collected the docs, did the finger prints and immediately after 2mins they told me to go for the interview.

VO: Hello, how are you?
Me: Hello, i m fine, how are you
VO: So, you are going to accompany your husband?
Me: Yes
VO: When did you get married?
Me: On Jan...
VO: So, was it a love marriage?
Me: Yes, it was and then arranged by our parents
VO: Can I see your husband's pay stubs?
Me: Yes, sure (and gave him the latest 3 paystubs)
VO: Ok, you will get your passport in courier
Me: Ok, thanks
VO: Bye
Me: Bye

So,it was quiet smooth process, and she got her passport the next day from the VFS office..!!! Gud luck to everyone who's going for the US Visa, hope this helps!! Thanks

Need clarification
Hi! friends,
I have seen ur H1B experience in Immihelp.com .
I got my H1B stamped recently, regarding that I have some doubts.
my Employer is at Newyork and also samething mentioned in the Visa also.
but am moving to Boston to my friends place.
but I heard that in the Entry of port in Usa they may ask why you are moving to Boston when your employer is at Newyork, what I heard is it True,If so what to answer at that situation.
and what type of documents do they ask in the entry of port and do they ask any other questions.

onemore thing is my H1B stamped on Jan 14th 2008,but my Itenary period(H1B visa period is from oct 1 2007 to sep 15th 2010),so my question is what is the maximum time we can take to travel from India, does the time starts from Jan 14th 2008 or Oct 1 2007(I mean we need to travel before 6months time know).

you can email me at [email protected]

hope you will clarify my doubts.

Awaiting for your reply with eager.
