Anyone Expedite Miami Office or inquiry ?
To my knowledge they stopped the Infopass appointments at the Miami office ( I a sure for other offices also ) , but has anyone been able to inquire in person ? File an SR ? Expedite ? Or get in contact anyway for a case through the Miami Office ? Other than calling the 800 number or submitting an inquiry online , is there anything that is available for Miami ? ( 150 days passed since we submitted the info the USCIS requested though an RFE , and nothing but silence !

AOS nightmare. Help with advice!
Here's my timelime (with Lawyer)

I'm a Canadian citizen married to US citizen.

Nov 2018 - Marriage based to US citizen AOS package filed I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131.

Dec 2018 - Bio

crickets for 8.5 months until EAD was out of normal processing and I could actually submit an SR on my EAD and AP. 2 weeks later we got with 2 simultaneously RFIE's for I-485 for proof my lawful admission (not even required for Canadians) and a long form birth certificate. Also and RFIE for I-130 for supporting evidence of bona fide marriage.

We gathered our evidence and I ordered a long form birth certificate and sent everything to my lawyer to send off with the exception of my proof of lawful admission because I do not have an I-94 because I'm Canadian and used a land entry. My lawyer then got my travel history of of the I-94 website which showed my last date of entry. I was shocked to see that it was also showing 3 other entries into the US that were not mine. I figured out that they were from my twin brother when he came to visit me. He has the same first name initials as me but a different passport number obviously. My lawyer basically told me that there is no way USCIS is going to believe me that I haven't left the US. I immediately immediately called the CBP office where I last crossed into the US and spoke with the supervisor and he could verbally confirm with me that my last entry date on their internal system is correct, but that there is no way of fixing or correcting any inaccurate travel dates appearing on my travel history on the I-94 website. I also filed a FOIA request with CBP to get my 5 year travel history which would show my accurate last entry into the US, but that takes at least 6 months to get a response. My brother and I both filed a Privacy Act in Canada for our 5 year travel history into Canada. we have both received these and it clearly shows that the 3 wrong travel dates on my history perfectly align with his dates when he came to visit e in the US and returned to Canada. I have submitted all of the evidence a long with sworn affidavits from myself and my brother in my RFIE response. USCIS received our responses and my I-485 package has now been updated to "case is ready to be scheduled for interview."

I thought I finally jumped this huge impossible hurdle to move my case forward, but this morning I woke up in a panic thinking that my AP and EAD combo card are still pending in a different office/building somewhere that has no information about any of my evidence I submitted and are going to deny my case thinking I travelled outside they US when I actually haven't. Does anyone have any advice or knowledge to clarify my situation? It's almost been a year now since applying for Greencard and waiting with major mental and financial stress without being able to work or go back to Canada (which is literally only 20 miles from where I live in the US). We have done everything right from the beginning and it would be so devistating to my wife and if my AOS case was denied for errors that are not or fault and have no control over and no way of fixing.

SPONSOR RELATED QUESTION
Hi guys,

My interview is approaching and in the interview notice, it does mention that to bring form I-864 Affidavit of Support and all the evidence (tax returns, employment letter, us citizenship proof,...) from our sponsor. However, we already submitted everything when we sent out application about a year ago (dec 27 2018), all of our sponsor’s info was submitted. So since it has been almost a year, when we go to our interview in november 2019, do we need to bring our sponsor’s new (2018) tax return, paystubs,...??? Or it is not necessary?? Thanks!

Timeline
Hey everyone, I've found this website to be extremely helpful for others and I would like to share my experience with ya'll.

Filing from NYC. Adjustment of status through marriage.

Timeline:
Filing date - 06/27/2018.
Biometric appointment - 07/25/2018. Did not receive any updates on EAD card.
12/11/2018 - Received a notification on USCIS website "Ready to schedule for interview"
05/23/2019 - Raised a service request for EAD card.
05/29/2019 - RFE sent to me.
09/12/2019 - Finally received EAD.
10/21/2019 - Interview date. Received a notification on USCIS website stating my case was approved on the same day. Received GC 10/26/2019
Interview went very well, I was very fortunate that the officer was nice and didn't ask too many questions.
Questions: What is your husband's name and date of birth? What are your mother/father in laws names? Does your husband have any siblings? Where does your husband work now? Where did he work before?
Took a total of 16 months for GC.

Hope this is helpful!

Cases that stuck
Hi all i just found some info that would be useful for people's cases that are stuck on case received, this site provides up to date info on your case as opposed to the case status site which takes a while to update, e.g i did my biometrics in September and on the case status it has been stuck on case received i logged into this site that i will share as it showed that my finger print was completed. Hope this helps, also to those of you that are anxious about when you will receive mail from Uscis, sign up online or at the post office for informed mail delivery so you can know what mail you will be getting prior to checking the mailbox. The site is:
