Unknown yet. It depends when and if the Congress authorizes the temporary appropriation.

https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-rele...rational-needs is seperate from the 10% increase that USCIS plans (i.e. in addition) if they get the 1.2 billion add on from congress. 2 different things.

On November 14, 2019, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) proposed changing application and petition filing fees and making other forms processing changes.
        • On January 24, 2020 USCIS reopened the public comment period, extending it to February 10, 2020
        • USCIS submitted a final rule for OMB review on May 29, 2020
        • OMB completed its review on July 22, 2020

The next step is for the agency to publish a final rule in the Federal Register. The proposed changes presented are from the November 14, 2019 proposed rule. In the final rule, USCIS may have revised the proposed fees listed below in response to public comment, OMB review, and other factors such as funding pressures due to COVID-19. No changes go into effect until the final rule is published in the Federal Register with a future effective date.

          October 2, fees go up

Today, the Department of Homeland Security announced a final rule that adjusts fees for certain immigration and naturalization benefit requests to ensure U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services recovers its costs of services.

Depends on what you submit. If you dont file i765 and i131 after october 2nd, you would pay less for a i485 alone than you do today, as i765 and i131 are free today if filed with an unferlying i485 but after october 2nd those will cost you about 1k more.

So, right now a i485+765+ 131+bio cost about 1200 USD

              After october 2nd

Adjustment of Status to Lawful Permanent Residency – The application fee increases from $1,225 to $2,195.
