Is Open Container affect my I-485 processing?

Hi

I was told to get Court / Prison record. But I am confused about it. In 2008 I was given Open Container ticket, but no arrest made.
I went to court, they gave me lawyer and he told me to plea not guilty. Then I was just given a warning and have to take a social lesson.

Will this count toward any court /prison record? Will this affect my I-485 processing? Also do I need to get court record for that. As the lawyer told me at that time that I don't have to reappear to court, all case will be gone automatically.

That is not a prison term but did they do your finger print/did they arrest you? Then your record will be showed up once they run back ground check.
Better to be safe side, if you have any paper evidence that you got no term and just warning/community work etc. You many need that evidence and write explanation along with evidence.
If its too old then just wait if they ask you RFE or any thing at interview.

There was no finger print taken, no arrest made. Also I don't have any paper work as it was occurred in June 2008. Even I moved out of that state 2 year back.
So what can I do to get paper work. Or just sit and wait.

So don't worry, (Did you already applied AOS? then wait for interview). If they ask you any questions or you get RFE then you need to prove your are acquitted on you own recognization.

Mean while if you get any record to show in case if they ask thats good. ( Hi, doesn't matter if you move or leave the country still the record is with them. if you got arrested or finger printed then it is forever) Thanks to God this didn't happen to you.

I have to apply for AOS soon. Just waiting on my lawyer to prepare all documentation. I also try to run background check on me. luckily I found no criminal record for my name.
