Portability of approved I-140

I-140 application is approved under EB-2 category from TX service center. I intend to relocate to another Service Ctr on a different H-1b. I have been advised to file for AOS after moving rather than doing it here in view of planned relocation due to several reasons including address change and chances of faster processing times of I-485.
Question: Are there any risks involved with such process? Should I simply do AOS here and then move?
