interview for i 485 notice.

Hi, I came here on b1 visa on march 1st. since i came here i have been staying with my spouse. registered our marriage in june. he is u.s citizen. applied for AOS in august.
done with fingerprinting on 31st august. applied for ead also. i got interview notice today. what documetns are needed to prove our marriage. we have our marriage certificate, health insurance with our names, lease agrement. my phone is add on card oh him, and my credit cards are add ons on him. can i show them my credit cards? using them since march. but our marriage is registered in june. we got married in court. we have no photos for our official marriage here. do we have any problem if we don't have joint bank account and don't i get ead as i recieved interview date?

and for affidavit of support i sent the xerox copies of tax returns for previous 3 yrs. do i need to take employment verification letter of my husband which states salary to the interview and are pay slips must for the interview?

You get your EAD soon. (don't worry)
Just prepare for interview.
- For bank account; Your husband may have a bank account, ask the bank (go personally to the branch with your husband) and ask them to add your name. (Mostly banks does) if not

- Open a new joint account - Citi bank & Apple bank opens an account without SSN, take your passport
- Keep the statement, if you doesn't get until the interview than take printout from bank.
- Take all Debit card, credit card. (Both of You) with you.
- Photos are the most important thin. (Dress up and take some photos)
- Take lots of photos (Album), you have plenty of time before interview. Take pictures on trip, park, home, family, with your or his kids, Your/his parents, photos with sisters/brothers, in church/with pastor, etc.
- The remaining you said all are fine to take with you. ( For credit cards you must also take the statements)
- Make sure to take at least one utility bill.
- Be prepare for the questions about his family to you and about your family to him.

regarding utility bill i have electricity bill and washer dryer rental bill. but my name is not included on them. are they ok? and do i need to take payslips and letter from employee of my husband?

pay slip and employee letter not neccessary but if you have it then it's good.

The bills should have your name and your husband name on it. Just call and request electric company they will add your name in the mailing list.

Thankyou very much for the reply. and regarding photos....how about this thing.......can we show them our engagement pictures in india and the photos with his parents and aunty, uncle in u.s? I came here on business visa for taking exam . would it be a problem as i was already engaged when i entered u.s with b1 visa. for us to get married in india he couldn't find leave until feb. and that is a very long waiting time and so we got married here and his parents were here at that time.
