Still waiting for my green card (need help plz)
I really could use anyone help or advise.
Is never been easy ever since i file my paper work last year.
I and my hubby(USC) got married last July 2011, we filed our paper work immediately as told my our lawyer, few months later interview was schedule and I-130 was approved.
My I-485 and I-765 was denied becos my asylum case was still in court with the immigration Judge. We had to file a motion to withdraw my asylum case from the immigration Judge which was later approved. So i had to refile form I-485 in April 2012.Since then i haven't heard from the immigration. My Lawyer refuse to refile my I-765 saying "i Don't need employment authorization while waiting for my green card", that i should not worry the green card will come!. But, is been almost 6 months i still haven't gotten anything from the immigration. Being home doing nothing really sucks cos sometimes i feel sad,with no where to go, No friends, just me and my hubby. each time i track my case online (form I-485) its say INITIAL REVIEW. have called their customer service they always say different thing. Went for INFOPASS met the rudest Asian man on earth i was so pissed. I really don't know why my lawyer don't want me to file for employment authorization giving me **** and bull stories.
