Please Help!!
My friend has an approval on behalf of his U.S. Citizen Parent with a priority date of January 1994. He has recently married a U.S. Citizen. He has never left and he resides here in the united states. He knows that he qualifies under the 245i. I know he can be grandfathered based on his father's approved petition. Does anyone have experience in how he should go about and what paperwork he needs to file?
