hello friends
i have lots of posts abt my own i 485 case. but now i need urs help in my freind's parents case............( he is sitting with me )
here is the detail:-
1. he is US CITIZEN .
2.his parents i 130 was approved 9 year ago ,when they were in india.
3.now his parents are in usa on visitor visa and its their 4 th visit in usa.
4. they just got in usa 1 month ago this time(6 month entery)
5.we checked there i 130 case status online and it shows approved
6.we have their i130 approvel notice
now questions are:-
1. when is the right time to aplly for i485(do they have to wait for certain time)
2. do they need to file i130 again with i 485
3. how long it takes if i 130 is approved
4.what papers do we have to file for this case(like in marriage case we attach joint lease,bank ac,car insurence etc)
5.do we have to prove petitioner is living with his parents(cos now parents are living in different house and different city(but the house is owned by petitioner))
