GC Interview letter.

Hello,

I do have question about the GC thru marriage. I just received a letter about my interview call. below are the question I have

Q - If I request for change the interview date. then in between time Can I able to go and come back from India without any problem ?

Q - I have requested for the travel document but I haven't received anything except EAD card.

as per my knowledge u got a combo card,means work permet+advance parrol(travel document).
i have the same too.it shows on ur card ,read it properly.
u can come back after your visit by using that combo card but make sure u have the same card

u better stay and finish the process once and for all..if u decide to reschedule a new date dats fine but dey will end up repeating some steps and again its gives them another impression if ur marriage was frowned upon....and also the advance parole does not guarantee entry at the port of entry if the cbp officer noticed u have been out of status before u applied for green card or related criminal offences so be careful and make the best choices my friend...
