    Do I need to fill I 485 right now?

    Hi My husband and I got married in july 2010. We file I 130 on 10 Aug 2010. I am here on student visa since 2007 and my husband has greencard. I wonder if I need to file I485 at this point of time?

    Please respond...I am too confused.
