Form G325A/I-485: Father's First Name and Family Name Questions

Hi,
My dad is South Indian with his Father's name appearing before his name in all his documents.

For example, if his name is Ramesh and his father's name Govind. His name would be Govind Ramesh in all his documents. Now in all the documents that I have filed with the US government, I have been asked Father's full name and I have put it across as for example Govind Ramesh. This is the way it appears in my birth certificate.

What do I fill it in in the form G325A where I am specifically asked the following:

Family Name and First Name of Father and Mother?

Also, my father is currently deceased, does the City and Country of Residence in this case refer to last City and Country of Residence?

you have to fill out the way the application is properly filled out here..this is not india so u should go ahead and fill out the application with the correct response to the answer when u go for interview u can always explain better to the io they will understand u better.........
