Employment or Family type

Hi!

I have a question. I got greencard few days back. Before 4 days my son came from India. My labour date related to october 2001.

can i apply 485 for my son right now? If i want to apply on what basis i have to apply.

Is that Emplyment based or family based? Can u help me in this issue?
