    Myself (Primary applicant) EB1 category
I-140 along with I-485 was filed on 01/June/11.
    I-140 got approved on 09/August/11.
RFE(Medical and birth certificates) submitted on 16/February/12.
    I-485 got approved on 24/March/12.

My wife's and minor daughter's request for evidence for I-485 Adjustment of status (Medical and Birth Certificates) were submitted on 11/June/12 but I-485 is still pending.
As their I-131 Advance Parole is getting expired in 1st week of December and they cannot travel to the US immediately to get it renewed, my attorney is suggesting to switch the Adjustment of status application to consular processing.
Just wanted to know a few things:
    1. Does the New Delhi consulate handles AC-140 (Attorney certified I-140) as my attorney suggested that it can save time.
    2. If we switch the application of status to consular processing at this stage of their application, will it delay the process?
    3. How much time it usually takes to process this kind of application at the consulate?

Your helpful reply on the above query will be highly appreciated
