green card query..

Hi everyone

My I 485 status on USCIS says "card/document production" which is the final stage in tracker. But in the details below it says

"On March 20, 2012 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. "

However I did my biometric only in the first week of April. There was some postal issues and I had not received any receipts or biometric notice. But
I received the EAD card in first week of April.


I have still not received an approval notice or the actual green card. I am very concerned and I want to know if the status update is correct and my card will be coming through.

Green Card EB2 Eligibility

Hi Folks!

My employer is in a process to submit GC for me and they are evaluating based upon my qualification and work experience whether to file under EB2 and EB3.

They came back to me that I am not eligible for EB2 as I have received Bachelor's degree in May 2011 and do not have 5 years of work experience outside my current employer.

However I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2007 (2003-2007) and have 7+ years of work experience outside my current employer.

The question is - Will USCIS counts Degree Completion date or the Degree Issuance Date. If they consider Degree Issuance Date them I am in a mess

Please help guys. Technically USCIS should consider Bachelor's degree completion date. Please help!
