I-130, I-485 and I-765 Concurrent Filing..Please Help!!!

Hi,
I am filing for my wife to adjust status her status. I am a US Citizen by birth and my wife has been living in the US for almost 6 years now. So far we have prepared the I-130 and I-485. She has never worked in the states before and we were wondering if we can file for work authorization I-765 concurrently? I've been reading many threads on this site for hours and everyone has been so kind and helpful. Also, do we need to also submit the AP at the same time? Is this like a general rule (since I see lots of people talking about combo card). Please help me...so confused right about now. I really appreciate any and all advice given.

hello its good to send everything at once the process is faster. u just send my applications oct11 and the 18 already had my recepts they already scheduley biometris this month and so our interview.. its fast becaise we sent everything at onvce the normal procesding is 4-6 mnths if send them seperatly all at once 90 days.. good luck

Concurrent Filing

The best thing would be to file for both EAD and AP, now since she's never worked she'll then have to get a Soc Sec Card upon recieving of the EAD.. It is important you understand what AP really is, travelling on it on pending 485 is only viable if you're in legal status..If say you're F-1 and Out of Status Customs do not care what DHS gave you it is at their discretion..Please pay attention and goodluck
