i-693 with no vaccination history

Hi,

One missing doc for filing AOS is i-693. I don’t have any vaccination history. Wanted forum's feedback on what is the best alternate -

1. I hear read in lot of forums about getting the history from doctor. I come from India and we moved several cities when i was kid. I think it will be very hard to get the history from Dr's in India. Any tips?
2. I also hear that Dr's in the US can do blood test and figure out vaccine history. Is this doable?
3. Any other options?

If you doesn't have vaccine history no problem.

For you AOS go to USCIS civil surgeon (You can check online for civil surgeons in your area by entering zip code. )

He will draw your blood and send to lab for your vaccination test which it will show all your vaccine) Once the report comes, the civil surgeon gives you any missing vaccine and charged the price.

Its so simple. ( if you are doing for college/university you have to go your primary care he order your blood report then gives you missing vaccine)
