my case:
my wife came last year with dvlottery ( she hold green card),she came without me and our baby,
i came this year on F1 VISA but never attens school,
i wish to know if by her GC i can get work permit or green card too and bring our baby here ASAP,
we waiting for another baby now

so i can't be granted work permit for the moment?
and can i be deported if my visa expired ( in 2 and half years)? i never went to the school,just registered
