the IO didn't took my i-94

hi guys

i had my interview yesterday in federal plaza in new york city, and the interview look like it was good and quick but the IO didn't took my I-94 and told us to wait for respond trough the maol in a month, is that a bad sign ? he didn't right anything in my passport,

please advice, thank you

I think you should just be patient and wait for an respond. If you don't hear from them in a month or two you can schedule for an infopass to talk to an officer.

What is the name of the officer.
I had an interview on Aug 24,2011 and I got approved on Sept 10,2012.

I the IO took my I-94 and copies of documents, pics and said gave me a letter stating 'I will receive a decision within a 60 days'. I never received the decision. I made a numerous info pass and SR.
Finally in May 2012 I open a SR with tier 2 officer at customer service and follow up with him, then i got a letter from IO to submit a hardship letter without any reason. My attorney submitted and after 3 months i got an approval, but still my son who is a derivative (age 11) is pending, already opened 2 SR and one infopass. no Fruit.

The IO who did interview for me has a very bad reputation, his is in federal plaza.
