Please what next !!! After our interview for AOS two weeks ago ,the IO told my wife & I that he is not convinced enough based on our proof of evidences to support our bonafide marriage & said he is going to send us a letter for more evidences but to my surprise we got the letter today & it was addressed to my wife stated "NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY" but still asked her to submit more explanations & more evidences that support our marriage..Thanks for your response in advance.

If your wife (petitioner) didn't submit an explanation along with evidence then the case will be deny.
Here is the suggestion;
- Write a letter explaining when and how you guys married.
- Submit notarized affidavit from friends/relatives/neighbors/Parents etc
SUGGESTED EVIDENCE OF BONAFIDE MARRIAGE
- Photographs that show both spouses together, and with family and friends. These can be taken at the wedding, at other functions or events, and throughout their relationship.
- Copies of joint income tax returns.
- Evidence of joint checking or savings accounts.
- Photo identification cards of both spouses with a new card for the wife showing her married name.
- Driver's licenses, credit cards, check cashing cards, employment I.D. cards, video club memberships, etc. for both parties.
- Real property deeds showing joint tenancy.
- Apartment Lease or a letter from the landlord indicating that both spouses live at the apartment, or copies of rent receipts showing both parties' names.
- Letter from an employer showing a change in records to reflect spouse's new marital status.
- Letter from an employer showing designation of the spouse as the person to be notified in event of accident, sickness or other emergency.
- Evidence of life insurance policies where the spouse is named beneficiary.
- Evidence of medical or health insurance plans which name the spouse as a member or beneficiary.
- Evidence of correspondence between the parties, including letters, birthday and holiday cards, telephone calls and other correspondence addressed to the parties.
- Religious marriage certificate if there was a church wedding.
- Copies of gas, electric, telephone and other utility bills.
- Evidence of joint ownership of automobile.
- Birth certificates of children born of the relationship.
- Evidence of vacations taken together, including airline tickets and hotel bills.
- Evidence of all major purchases made together, such as stereo, television, refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc.

sad to know abt ur case
but God always help....i suggest u to focus and try to consentrate and work more then ur efficiency in this situation,good luck
and yes send all papers notarized try to send all affidavits with id photocopy.
it will be more helpfull if u let us know what kind of evidence u included with ur case file and what questions they asked or u were not able to gave right answers
