Lets Track: EB1 I-485 approval time in TSC for 2005

Let's start to get more infor on EB1 cases filed in TSC for 2005
Mine:
I 140/I-485 RD 27 april 2005
I-140 approval 18 May 2005
FP appointment scheduled : 14 July 2005
FP done : 8 July 2005
LUD after FP 11 July 2005/ 13 July 2005
Approval: No news. Even the message never changed during this time/

One question.
1. I'm on L1. If I now go out and enter on AP, do i need an EAD also? MY L1 petion in valid upto 2008 bu the visa stamp expired. What will be status if i enter on AP? Am i losing L1 status ?

Yes. Once you come back into US on AP, you are leaving you L1 and L2. So I beleive you should have EAD before leaving.

485- applied last week.

Hey Kool Rahul!
Thanks for the reply. It means that we need to have EAD before laeving. I didnt know abt it and only applied for AP for all of us.. It also means that I will lose L1 status once enter with AP. Huh..Hope the 485 approval comes before leaving...
