I 485 - Date Employment started Question for applicant

Hi guys,
We are trying t fill in the docs for my wife's AOS but are having various questions. Out of which we couldn't find answer for this one. Can somebody please shed light on this?

In 485, under my wife's section, they ask the date her employment began.
She is a H1 holder working for a US client through an Indian MNC. The indian MNC sponsored her H1.

Should she put in the date she started with the Indian MNC back in India?
Or should she put in the date she started working in the USA for the client she is working on H1 that started during her current visit to USA?

You should mention her Job start date in the United States. They not going to look her H1 history or work history.Her case is depend on you as a beneficiary (Immediate relative) of United States Citizen.

Example: Many illegal people marries to US Citizens and they also have to put what work, and when they started in US. USCIS don't go after them.
