Hi, I left my company and the US with the I-485 pending (applied in 2007 and was pending until I left in august 2012. They revoked my H1B visa but said that the I-485 is a personal application. I'm not planning on going back to work to the US but would like to visit with a tourist visa. Is there something I need to do regarding the I-485 before I apply for a tourist visa?? Like calling them that I'm not pursuing the adjustment of status anymore?? Will this affect my application for a tourist visa? Thanks!
